A dungeon built by [[Raya Rose]] that was left to ruin when she vanished. It is rumoured that she hid much of her vast wealth within, but no-one has been able to find it. The dungeon was magically sealed when they left, so adventurers had been unable to enter. Over time, the spell had faded with the structure, eventually leading to part of the ceiling collapsing. A tribe of kobolds entered through the hole and lived there. Their wizard managed to break the seal on the inside of the dungeon, allowing them to use the main entrance. After some time, a giant spider and her family moved into the lowers floors, forcing the kobolds to mostly abandon them. While experimenting with various potions to help fight the spiders, their wizard was bitten by a [[Bakkyre]] and dropped his unfinished potion, amplifying the affect of the bite, turning him into a feral vampire kobold. The other kobolds managed to trap him in the upper storage room, and sealed the door closed. After several harpies nested nearby, one of the shipwrecks they caused crashed into the hidden tunnel below the dungeon with such force that it cracked the floor, causing parts of the dungeon to flood and the tunnel to be exposed.
