A wickedly curved scimitar with a dark green, rusted blade that seems to drip with stagnant water. The hilt is wrapped in mossy leather, and the pommel is shaped like a [[Dreglokar]] eye, which faintly glows when the blade is unsheathed. The blade is unnervingly cold to the touch and emits the faint smell of decay. Despite its worn appearance, it is unnaturally sharp and feels almost alive in your hand. It is said to have been created by a desperate [[Skitter]] warlock who imbued it with the essence of the bog. Its power turned against its wielder, binding their soul to the bog forever. Now, it seeks to do the same to others. # Combat - This weapon grants a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls. - On a hit, the target takes an additional 1d4 poison damage. # Curse ## Bloodlust The blade compels you to shed blood. After rolling initiative, you must attack with the blade at least once per turn. If you do not, the blade will sap your vitality at the end of combat, dealing 1d4 necrotic damage to you. This damage cannot be reduced or avoided in any way. ## Soul of the Mire When you reduce a creature to 0 hit points with this weapon, a 5-foot radius around the creature becomes thick, sticky mud. This area is difficult terrain for all creatures except you. Those affected by the mud may not takes attacks of opportunity against the wilder.
